Well, it's as I predicted back 2008!

OK, so I have been away from the blog for quite a while. I was attempting to take my career in new direction, successfully start a new business (making sure the formation keeps the BHO folks off the profits), and hope that America was not stupid enough to re-elect this economically uneducated, socialists that believes only in bigger government, more regulations, and the suppression of all those that don't believe the philosophies of Saul Alinsky, Bill Ayers, The Dorns, and Frank Marshall Davis.

So, go back and read my posts from 2008-2009, and see if the predictions did not come to fruition. In fact, I did not go far enough. BHO and his Senate friends will attempt to use his 2nd term as a mandate to accomplish all the things he was not able to do in his first term -- trust me, he did much to set this country down the path of becoming a 3rd world socialistic train wreck.

So, now that I am back, I will be blogging daily on these topics, and you can say what you like as long as you adhere to 2 things:

1. Be civil -- even if you disagree with someone else, be civil
2. Be factual -- show your work as they told us in calculus class.

Since this is a moderated blog, I will have the last say on these two conditions, and will not hesitate to remove or at least edit out the ad hominem (look it up liberal intellectuals) attacks which are fallacious on their face, and any use of profanity or objectionable epitaphs (that's name-calling for you educated types). I do NOT require that you are politically correct since I am not and will not constrain my writings to be such. However, you can be non-PC without violating the above conditions.

Obama's Hypocritical War on Terror

The Obama hypocritical war on terror continues through the weekend as the "rights of the underware bomber" is given priority even when he was telling investigators that he knew of more would-be bombers were coming while the President allows CIA-backed predator bombing raids to continue in Pakistan. This hypocrisy is almost palpable! You could choke on it while he appears almost everyday on the media. We have exactly what the majority voted for: inexperience, socialistic, and incompetence, and I hope you are satisfied with the results. Its so funny to listen to those that think that Sarah Palin was not qualified to be VP let alone President while extolling the virtues of the Joker in the White House we have now.

 

How can anyone that supported Obama in 2008 even care about the truth (he lies almost daily from health care transparency to who is responsible for the recent rash of terror attacks) or that he does one thing in the US while doing the complete opposite overseas. He has taken the Office of the Presidency to a new level of trivial and silliness that it may never recover. The USA at the end of his 4 years will be completely different from what it was or suppose to be as envisioned by our founding fathers.

 

So if you support Obama then please do not ask anyone to be honest to you, do not ask anyone to tell you the truth, nor ask anyone to be ethical. You do not have the right any longer. You must be lied to, talked down to, slapped in the face with hypocrisy and told that you do not know how to take care of yourself. That is your legacy and rights as of now.

 

You put him in power and must now deal with what he is doing to the USA and how he is treating the American public along with he dual dogs of demagoguery: Pelosi and Reid.

 

 

Implications of Obama's blantant lying

What are the implications of the obvious Obama's on screen lies from his campaign, and his anemic war on terror? Let's briefly cover the facts:

 

Candidate Obama said no less than 8 times during 2008 campaign in no less than clear English statements that he would make the Health Care reform legislation he was going to champion during his Presidency completely  transparent by having their negotiations carried on C-SPAN. Nothing can be farther from the truth. Let's not be PC about he lied. In other words, the President of the United States, Barrack Obama, is a liar. Get used to it since he convicted himself by his own words. So there can not be equivocation on this point.

 

So what are the implications of this action by the President?

 

If you still support the President then be ethical enough to admit that you do not mind being lied to by the people you elect. It's that simple. If you do not call out the President to honor his own word then you can not hold any elected official to his/her word. There is not a third alternative. Done.

 

To do otherwise will mean that you are a hypocrite and you should be ethical enough to admit that as well.

 

Obama's Anemic War on Terror

The USA is now on its course to becoming a "banana republic," with the actions of the Obama Administration's towards the Christmas Day attempted bombing of Delta Flight 253 as it approached Detroit's International Airport.

 

First, it took the President's Office 3 hours to inform Obama of the thwarted bombing incident while the same people woke him up to inform him of his "well-deserved" Nobel Peace prize. Go figure the thinking of these politicos on that call. Even after that he went out to play 3 rounds of golf and saw the new movie, "Avatar," before making a comment on the incident.

 

Second, Obama only after 72 hours indicated to the world of terrorism that the USA would not be coming your way if you attempt to harass or attack the "great Satan." Obama with his speech after the 3 day hiatus indicated the USA would only try "to find them responsible," referring to the suspect as an "isolated terrorist," before knowing the facts that the would-be bomber was in fact Al Quaeda-trained. Obama is effectively returning the USA to the very effective (sarcasm ahead) Clinton days of terrorism as a crime worthy of complete Constitutional protection. Trust me on this one, readers, this will come back to bite US citizens over the remaining 3 years of Obama's holding of the US Presidency.

 

Third, please explain to me the difference between giving the "underwear bomber" complete US Constitutional rights while carrying out 4 predator-based attacks in the hills of Pakistan over the Christmas holidays? Can he believe that we are that deft of intelligence? Where are the rights for those killed in the Predator attacks, where is the outcry of the liberals on their killing fields? This President is not only now an on-screen liar (by his own words,) but a hypocrite in the first degree! Read my next post for the implications of these assertions.

 

Having been in both Iraq and Afghanistan, this blogger can tell you directly that we are being perceived as "weak and soulless," under this current administration's less than stellar actions and attitudes towards those that want to murder, destroy, and  injure that peoples and property of the USA. We will pay the price for Obama's naiveté as we will be subjected to more and more attacks by Islamic radicals that want to destroy the "great Satan," and achieve their martyr's status.

 

Until we have the national will to do the necessary steps of pre-emptive response, proactive identification (read that profiling,) and military-directed action, we will pay the price with our lives, fortunes, and loved ones. The great battle with religious-radicalized zealots will be won by those that are the most committed, and for the present, this administration is giving that position to the terrorists.

 

I just hope that Obama will not suffer the nightmares of capitulation embodied by the faces and numbers of those whose death's he will now be directly responsible. While he may be untouchable, his decisions are going to visit the pain and suffering of personal loss and tragedy on true innocents -- the real paradox.

 

Obama's agenda coming to fruition

The Obama administration is picking up steam to get its agenda passed before the 2010 elections since it is now afraid that the country will take away his SMDC (super-majority Dem Congress) thus making it harder to get his liberal agenda through the Congress.

 

Remember, I blogged about this back on Oct. 3, 2008 when I listed the 10 agenda items that I predicted Obama would try and get passed during his term as POTUS. If you review this list you will see that Obama and his administration has started down the road to getting passed through the SMDC of 2009-2010.

 

Here are the 10 items for your review:

 

1. Nationalization of health care and prevention of doctors from leaving the USA

 

2. Nationalization of the education system (no more private education)

 

3. Socialization of the welfare system ensuring that everyone gets a living wage

 

4. Socialization of the housing system so everyone has a place to live

 

5. Demilitarization of the US military giving control of our soldiers and weapons to the UN

 

6. Revocation of the 2nd amendment pertaining to private ownership of firearms

 

7. Federalization of the public air wave and media via the "Fairness Doctrine"

 

8. Suppression of conservative religious activities via IRS revocation of "tax exempt" status

 

9. Huge increases in tax rates on corporations so that when they fail, the Government must nationalize them

 

10. Finally, the piece de resistance, will be the rationing and price controls of goods and services as the free-market fails to work due imposition of global warming reduction initiatives that hamstring the US economic engine.

 

Item #1 (health care) is current being "hammered-out" in the SMDC this evening. What a prophet I was back then eh?

 

Item #4 (housing socialization) has been the crux of most of his "bail-out" nonsense including the TARP, Stimulus1, housing credit, etc.

 

Item #5 (demilitarization) Obama is currently in talks with the UN to give control of many of the US military brigades to the Security Counsel of the UN. He has said that he wants uni-lateral disarmament of the US.

 

Item #6 (gun control) The Pelosi House under the guidance of the Obama WH is trying to pass stringent gun-ownership/control that gets around the recent SCOTUS ruling on the 2nd amendment. Since they can't touch the guns, they are going to go after the ammo and ownership fees. Also, they will make gun ownership a public health issue to be controlled via the Obamacare bill coming through Congress.

 

Item #7 (air-wave control) This Thursday, Oct. 22, 2009, the FCC will vote on something being called the "Network Neutrality" doctrine that sounds great, but will put the FCC firmly in control of the Internet. Whoa!

 

Item #9 (nationalization of Corps) Man, I couldn't have more right on this agenda item, but the Obama WH has taken over the car industry, student loan, Wall Street, banks, newspapers, and housing with their bail-outs.

 

Item #10 (global warming) What can I say: Cap & Tax on its way to be passed before the end of the year!

 

That's 7 out of 10! Not a bad record, eh Obama?

 

Obama and Fascism

Those that understand the background and education of our current President, Barack Obama, know that he is indeed a social democratic politician looking to "fundamentally change the American system" with a more federally controlled form of government very akin to the Social Democrats of the 1930's and 40's in Germany and Italy. We know these governments as fascists.

 

Please understand that a democratic republic CAN NOT become socialist, but it can and often does become a fascist-based form of government. To know why you had to study the differences between a socialistic form of government and fascist form of government. Why do monarchies become socialistic while democracies and republics become fascists?

 

The fine line of reasoning comes from the control of "means of production" as Karl Marx put it in his "Das Capital." Socialism is the most prevalent form of "populist" control of the means of production in a country that was controlled by a monarchy since the means of production was centrally managed in both forms of organization. In a fascist form of government, the government simply replaces "big business" or uses big business to rest control of the means of production with the end results being fairly similar: centrally managed economies.

 

The Obama White House is moving the US towards form of fascism not socialism; however, the result will be the same: the state becomes the central control point for everything American.

 

The crisis that Obama will use to take control

What will the crisis be that the Obama White House will utilize to invoke the "Directive 51?" How will Obama turn this constitutional republic into a constitutional dictatorship?

 

You may have guessed it: the H1N1 "swine flu" epidemic that is coming this fall. As this pandemic increases in virulence and global coverage, the Obama administration will use it to seize control of transportation, communications, and resources under Directive 51. It will be done to "protect and preserve" the Republic, yaddah yaddah, blah blah blah.

 

If you have never read Directive 51 or the National Emergency Powers Act of 1976, you need to stop sticking your head in the sand and use the internet while you have it to use. Yes, the Obama White House has asked its SMDC to pass legislation that would allow the White House seize and control the US portion of the Internet during an national emergency.

 

Why would they do this? To prevent the passing of dissenting information during such an emergency or to support counter-revolutionary comments and contacts. The Obama administration learned from the Iranian election debacle that it needs to control the communications infrastructure to prevent news from leaking out about what is or will be trying to do during a national emergency.

 

I  know you are rolling your eyes and saying, "Not in America!" YES, in America as proposed by US Senate bill S 773 authored by US Senator Jay Rockefeller of West Virginia. Haven't heard of it! Damn you people are stupid!

 

Read how your freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights are being slowly eroded through the use of "emergency situations" like Obama's COS (chief of staff) R. Emanuel said, "never let a good crisis go to waste..." The Obama administration is NOT interested in money, power or fame; it wants CONTROL over your lives. It wants a fascist state where it calls the shots using "big business" and "big labor" as its right and left arms with the liberal press running interference until they find their powers of "free press" removed as well.

 

Remember, when you make a pact with the devil, you have to eat the dinner to prepared.

The rising level of dissatisfaction in the USA

With the  tea parties, summer town hall meetings with the accusations of "staging" on both sides, growing deficit projections, Congressional inability to rein in the executive branch, and increased discussions about the Obama "shadow government headed by his czars," this country is primed for a revolution like never before since the one that begat this Republic.

 

Do I care? Not really since what will happen will happen, and the Obama White House, due to his inexperience, is forcing the issue where he need not have done due to the 2008 election results; however, when you put an inexperienced politician into the Presidency, you get someone that does not how "pace the reforms," thinking that he has to do everything in the first year of his administration. Had Obama taken his time, slowly implemented the changes for card check, global warming, health care reform, and first amendment curtailments, he would gotten everything under the "frog in boiling water" effect.

 

What is the frog in the boiling water effect: simply, if you put a frog into boiling water like what Obama is attempting to do with everything too quickly, the frog will jump out of the pan; if, on the other hand, you place the frog in room temperature water, and slowly raise the heat, he will stay in and boil. This is what Obama lacks: common sense.

 

Now for most of the independents and conservatives this lack of common sense on Obama's part is to their advantage since they will use the 2010 election to duplicate the 1994 mid-term elections by removing his SMDC to check his power to make such sweeping changes. He will then spend his remaining 2 or 6 years saddled with a non-blank check in the Congress.

 

People in the US realize soon that "elections do have consequences," and when a single party government tries too much like the Republicans did from 1994 to 2006, and the Democrats are now doing, the voters checkmates the White House by doing what the Founding Fathers designed into the Constitution with the "separation of powers."

 

HOWEVER, one event may stop the "checks-and-balances" from working: if Obama & his COS (chief of staff) make or get their crisis, they will be able to seize power granted by the Emergency Powers claimed by the White House by GW Bush in 2007 reads as follows:

 

The National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive (National Security Presidential Directive NSPD 51/Homeland Security Presidential Directive HSPD-20, sometimes called simply "Executive Directive 51" for short), created and signed by United States President George W. Bush on May 4, 2007, is a Presidential Directive which claims power to execute procedures for continuity of the federal government in the event of a "catastrophic emergency". Such an emergency is construed as "any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions."

Obama and other politicians have become totally inept!

The health care debate is beginning to show Obama's inexperience and lack of effectiveness in being President. He is still running a campaign instead of being the President to all Americans. Now you can understand why I do not consider Obama my President. It is because he is NOT acting as my President, he is still acting like a Democratic candidate trying to get his side of the aisle roused for the health care debate.

Obama is not the President of the US, but President of the Democrats while he calls the opposition "mobs." Such talk from a supposed President only shows that he is too inexperienced as we were told by his own party members and even his own Vice President. The Presidency does not lend itself to on the job training, or so were the words that are now coming to ring to true. Obama is an unmitigated disaster, and history will show him to be such a tragedy. He continues to act like the community organizer that was his ONLY job before his 20 months in the Senate. Remember, America, elections have consequences, and you are getting yours in spades.

He is paired with the other parts of the unholy triad: Pelosi and Reid. Between the three of these jokers, the America that you knew growing up, read about, and were told was the "envy of the ages," is going to become a broken-down old lady with only memories of greatness while the image of "Lady Liberty" fades from the pages of history beginning with the election of Obama and his SMDC.

The conservatives are NOT the answer since the Republicans have given up their right to lead with the Bush-43 years debacle and have become party of the problem not the solution. All politicians, right and left, need to be turned-out beginning with the 2010 and 2012 elections. Nothing will reform these people since they are drunk with power and money from the US Treasury.

Politicians in Washington, DC are completely useless and ineffective except in the only way they can improve their own lot in life. Tomorrow I will post a list of behaviors and ethical actions that voters should hold their elected officials to or turn them into civilians WITHOUT pensions!

Cash for Clunkers -- what an economic crock!

Can you believe your eyes and ears, America? Liberals and Dems are touting the success of the Cash for Clunkers (CFC) program! They are falling all over themselves to tout what is basically a "FREE MONEY GIVEAWAY" program using YOUR tax dollars, and they even got several stupid Republicans to support giving the program another $2B USD so they could keep it going. What a farce! Can we have slipped into delusion at such a rate as to think that giving away $4500 USD for making a purchase of a car (not even a US car company car) to rich people that could afford to make the purchase anyway?

 

This has reached a point from which you can probably see that while this clown is in the White House, and his two sidekicks, yes I mean Pelosi/Reid, are running the Congress, your tax dollars are basically going to be poured down more rat holes while they take center stage to tout their innovation and compassion. These people are so drunk with power and status that they can't even see that their actions are counter to EVERY principle known to modern economic theory.

 

Why wouldn't FREE money giveaways be a success? Unbelievable. Such stupidity and arrogance.

 

Just think about the LOUC (law of unintended consequences) for this one.

1. The CFC gave money to those already capable of passing tightened leaning practices (rich people)
2. The CFC "brought forward" purchases that would have been done anyway, but now leaving a gap in the future when the recession is suppose to be ending.
3. Cases that the CFC monies are being used to purchase luxury SUVs that in econo-mode get just the barest minimum of gas efficiency.
4. That CFC will be the model for more giveaways in mortgages, boats, student loans, residential home energy upgrades, etc. Look how quick this SMDC "printed up" $2B USD more to this program.
5. The CFC program will impact the used car market by reducing the number of used cars available for sale further jamming future car purchases.
6. The CFC program is being used to purchase non-US car company vehicles thereby supporting foreign car companies over GM (government motors) type companies.
7. The CFC program is distorting the car purchasing paradigm for the next 2 years requiring more and more CFC-type programs: one begets the other.

Anytime the USG sticks their hand into the "free market" (now there's a joke) in the US, the distortion waves span out for years and into other industries not even contemplated. This is a direct application of the LOUC principle. Be prepared for more and more CFC-type programs so the Liberals/Dems/BHO can crow for a short time before the pigeons come home to roast. Yes, I meant roast, not roost.

 

Unbelievable stupidity fostered by unmitigated gall and arrogance. America truly is beyond repair with these jokers in office. The 2010 election will tell the tale if America will be destroyed or salvaged, and its just a mere 15 months away.

 

Solutions to health care and consequences if its screwed up!

On my twitter.com site (@RulesAreForYou), I recently listed 5 changes that need to be implemented in order to solve the current health care crisis without the $1.5 Trillion Obamacare initiative known as HR 3200. These common sense ideas would give everyone in the US a much better health care experience without breaking the back of the US taxpayer which is already in dire straights of being overwhelmed by this administration and legislative agenda on energy (Cap & Trade), Stimulus II, Detroit Bailout 1,2&3 (don't forget the Cash for Clunkers), and the union (Card Check).

 

What everyone including the Dems & BHO for proposing it, and the Republicans for fights the wrong fight DON'T UNDERSTAND is simple Economics 101!!!!!! Folks, it does not take a rocket scientist or Nobel Prize winner (these days they are all political and not intellectual choices anyway) to understand the real issue with health care reform. I will explain.

 

First, what are MY health care initiatives that will solve the problem today without spending $1.5 Trillion?

 

1.  Stop exempting health care insurance companies from the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, and allow interstate insurance competition.

2.  Provide health care tort reform getting the huge tort awards out of the medical field; this stops "defensive medical practices."

3.  Allow batch government pharmaceutical volume purchasing along with Medicare fraud prosecution.

4.  Double/triple the number of PA and NPs by recruiting and paying tuition fees for these medical professionals.

5.  Separate hospitals' Emergency Department areas into non-emergency and emergency areas to cut down on acute care costs.

These 5 initiatives and their supporting corollaries would support the needs of Americans WITHOUT the need for a government take-over or even significant intrusion. It would solve the current major problems and provide the profit-motive that makes the US health care system the best in the world. Come now, liberals, before you jump and down, please ask me where every dictator or wealthy foreigners come to get the best medical care in the world? Ok, now sit down and shut up until you know more than me.

 

Second, the primary economic principle that all politicians are simply ignorant of: the Dems by proposing it, and the Repubs for not using it to make the US voters understand is simple the economic principle of "the law of supply & demand." Stated for even the public school graduates to understand is this: as you increase demand without increasing supply, either price will go up or rationing of the product or service must occur.

 

Applied to health care the principle is: if you give what the Dems say is the number of uninsured (40-50 million) access to health care without increasing the number of health care professionals (MD, RN, NP, or PA) and health care facilities (hospitals, clinics or out-patient sites) the law of supply & demand will take over the health care environment.

 

What does this mean: since the BHO/SMDC HR 3200 has stated that they will "SET PRICES" then the only other economic alternative available is the rationing of health care services. For those that don't believe that rationing will occur then you are simply naïve or ignorant or both. Do you homework about the 1973 gas rationing experience. It was simple supply and demand. Nixon froze "price and wages," and thus forced the rationing of gasoline to occur during the spring and summer of 1973. It is as much a law of nature as the law of gravity.

 

So if HR 3200 becomes law then health care rationing will be the consequence. Pure and simple.

 

Waxman maneuvers to exempt Congress from health care bill

The latest outrage of this Congress is the unmitigated gall of Rep. Henry Waxman (D-CA), Chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee stopped a vote on an amendment that would have forced all of Congress to accept whatever public option they voted on for the rest of the US citizens.

 

How's that for arrogance and hypocrisy? Why do people especially the idiots in California continue to send "elitists" like Waxman back to Congress year-after-year? Are liberals so blind that if they want government-run healthcare is should cover the actual people forcing US citizens to accept their work?

 

Liberals like Waxman are so hypocritical is stinks. Most liberals I know are fine with the public option, and that is their right and to their credit that they will put up with whatever their omniscient, omnipotent Government dictates. I completely disagree with their assessment or desires, but at least most normal liberals aren't hypocrites like Waxman.

 

Every member of Congress that votes for this Bill that exempts themselves from its own tenants should be excoriated and turned out of office in disgrace! If I was paying taxes and had to accept their healthcare legislation, I would be extremely angry and resentful.

 

If American just accepts "Waxman-like" hypocrisy like the sheep they are becoming without the American-spirit that once lighted the way for the world, then truly "America Can't Be Fixed." America will cease to be the light of hope and the home of the brave. Too bad America, you are now a third world country with all the "sheep-like tendencies," and blind acceptance of government actions.

 

So sad, America, so sad..., but Waxman, "you are such an asshole!" I can still say that at least.

 

BHO begins to show his real roots marxism

BHO will go down in history as the President that spawned the 2nd Constitutional Convention due to his heavy-handed approach to Federalism over the States Sovereignty (the 10th amendment issue). This can be seen as the number of states having either passed or are in the process of passing a States Sovereignty Bill: 38 states have either passed/signed (2) or have introduced legislation towards reaffirming their 10th amendment rights.

 

This is amazing given the landslide win of BHO and the SMDC last year in Nov. 2008. Who would have thought that anti-Bush backlash would have begun to fade so quickly, but many people are beginning to realize the mounting costs to their future by this tag team of BHO & SMDC. Maybe the American people are not so dumb, excuse me, ignorant after all.

 

Many of the people that are going to be impacted by the fascist moves of the BHO/SMDC team are SMB (small-medium sized business) where over 75% of all private sector jobs are created. Workers are beginning to understand that if you kill this "golden goose," they are ultimately impacting their own future. You can only hoodwink the American public for just so long before they finally wake up and realize the subterfuge. BHO & his SMDC are going to get the backhand of this "sleeping giant."

 

However, the question will be: will the sleeping American public take action before their world is completely altered towards the fascist (remember the difference between socialism and fascism -- do your homework if you still do not know) centralized controls being passed by the SMDC. Remember, I told that BHO would revert to his roots (community organizing) which he learned from his mentor and activist, Saul Alinsky.

 

For those that do not believe BHO's leanings, read what is said about Mr. Alinsky's political view:

 

In the Alinsky model, "organizing" is a euphemism for "revolution" -- a wholesale revolution whose ultimate objective is the systematic acquisition of power by a purportedly oppressed segment of the population, and the radical transformation of America's social and economic structure. Toward that end, they will be apt to follow the lead of charismatic radical organizers who project an aura of confidence and vision, and who profess to clearly understand what types of societal "changes" are needed.

With the Gates arrest debacle hogging the news cycle, is it any wonder that BHO scurried out of WDC on a quickly arranged "vacation?"  While BHO vacations at one of the world's most exclusive resorts (supposedly renting for $40,000/wk!), the US unemployment rate is getting to run over 10% with many states already in the double digits. When the White House is blasting corporations for taking spa retreats and junkets, BHO does exactly what he is accusing the "captains of industry" of doing. Again, what hypocrisy!

 

Problems are growing everywhere: Iran, Taliban in Afghanistan, North Korea, the Sudan, pirates near Somali, Honduras in civil war, Russia's economy near collapse, etc. This is the time that we need to take care of US! We need someone less interested in how the world sees us, and more about where the legally constituted citizens of the US are faring.

 

Now is the time to make sure that every US citizen is fed, warm, and healthy!

 

Now is the time to make sure that our people are educated, housed, and happy!

 

Now is the time to make sure that the US is energy independent!

 

BHO needs to stop trying to "spend our way out of recession," and understand economics 101: "You CAN'T spend your way out of a recession!" Someone needs to tell ole Joe Biden that as well since he doesn't seem to understand it very well given his recent speech to the AARP group.

 

What a bunch of idiots got elected in 2008! I am glad they are not my idiots, not my President, not my Congress. The whole lot, Republicans and Democrats and yes, the 1 socialists from Vermont, needs to be thrown out. If we don't, then we will get what we deserve. Glad I will not be here to see it.

 

 

The coming health care crisis; BHO is behind it.

The BHO will try and stem the tide of waning public opinion over his $1.5 Trillion unfunded health care program which, make no mistake, is a veiled attempt to instigate a SPS (single payer system) by doing an end-run around the private insurance-based health care system most Americans have today.

 

How is this possible you ask? I hope you have the intelligence to ask this question.

 

Here's the situation in very simple terms:

 

1. BHO/SMDC pass a "public option" health insurance program. While this sounds good, it will mimic similar actions that occurred when LBJ (remember him) passed the Medicare/Medicad programs of the 1960s. What happened is that many people covered by their private insurance programs were "dumped" on to the public programs as SMB (small-to-medium sized businesses) lowered their costs by dropping their private option in favor of the public one.
2. The health care bill will include an 8% tax on SMB for those that currently don't offer their employees health care insurance thereby forcing them to accept the public insurance option.
3. Once the public insurance option is available, many SMBs will shunt their employees to this program by accepting the 8% payroll tax thereby placing many private health insurance companies on life support.
4. As the public insurance option explodes as more and more people get their health insurance from the government, the laws of "supply and demand" will kick in by increasing the waiting time for health care access forcing the start of health care rationing as the demand rises and supply of health care begins to dwindle.
5. As the health care crisis increases due to the government supplied insurance option, the health care system implodes forcing the government to take over all health care activities as "the crisis demands action." The BHO/SMDC achieve their SPS goal without legislation or executive action. "If we didn't act, the entire health care system would collapse." Heard that before?

 

Remember the words of BHO's Chief of Staff: "Never let a a good crisis go to waste." In other words, create the crisis and then provide the solution on your terms.

 

BHO stays true to form; consequences to follow!

Having taken some time to see if BHO (Barry H Obama), the current occupant of the White House, and his now SMDC (super-majority democratic congress) which I predicted back in Oct. 17, 2008 almost 3 weeks before the Nov 2008 election results were known. In addition, on October 3, 2008, I predicted the 10 things that BHO would almost immediately begin to push through after his election.

 

If you read the 10 things BHO would do from the archives of my blog, you will see that he has attempted to push through almost 5 of them before his first 6 months in office. As his poll numbers continue to slip, BHO will attempt to increase his "collectivism-based" agenda before the US voters take his SMDC away from him in the 2010 Congressional elections. However, before then he will be able to alter the US political and economic landscape possibly forever.

 

Remember what I said back in 2008: "ELECTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES" quoting Bush-43. America is getting exactly what they voted for in 2008 and they desire it! You can't be so ignorant as to put someone without no executive experience and only activist tendencies into the highest office of the land and not expect to get activist outcomes. BHO is nothing more than a 3rd world style demagogue without any idea of the impact his actions will have on the future of this country. Your children and grandchildren will be paying for the election of 2008 for their entire lives.

 

Don't look at me, I don't pay taxes (legally and my choice) and will not pay taxes until BHO and his SMDC is turned out in disgrace similar to the fate of Carter, the idiot President from Georgia. However, before he is sent packing, he will almost assuredly bankrupt this country, placing a tax burden on those that actually create jobs, and sending all into a socialized nightmare which I hope everyone is ready to accept.

 

The nightmare can not be stopped, only its aftermath can be survived. Remember, I told you this would happen.

 

The "rule of law" died today in the USA!

The next step in the chain of events towards collectivism has taken place today. Most people will never hear about it since it will not be reported with much passion in the Obama-media, but it was the SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the US) failure to uphold "black letter law" in the Chrysler bankruptcy case.

 

What the SCOTUS did today was pure and simple fascistic in nature. Since the founding of the USA over 200 years ago, bankruptcy laws have provided a sane, procedural methods for dealing with business failures. Today the court decided that it would not adhere to its history of Constitutional protections; today, the SCOTUS probably due to some pressure from the BHO and SMDC decided that the White House backed plan to turn over Chrysler to Fiat and the UAW was OK. The rule of law at least in bankruptcy cases is now no longer protected.

 

This will have significant impacts in the future the USA. The moral high ground is now lost to us since we don't even adhere to our own laws. We have now become a country where the politically connected can get the highest court in the land to overturn established written law ("black letter law") in their favor. It is simply shocking and unbelievable.

 

Today is the beginning of the death of "rule of law" in the USA. Rule by judicial fiat and political arm-twisting becomes the norm.

 

Good night, America, your light is dimming quickly; you walk in waning twilight of your years.

 

Elections have consequences...

The hand of the liberal left embodied in the current BHO White House and the SMDC (Super-majority Democratic Congress) is being played with the last several events to "plague" our country. First, the complete disregard for the "rule of law" as the BHO/SMDC force the bondholders of Chrysler and GM to accept "arm-twisted" settlements; second, the nomination of Judge Sotomayor as the next SCOTUS (Supreme Court of the US) justice, and finally, the fast tracking of the 900 page "Energy Bill" that involves the "cap and trade" provision.

 

Let's put the demeaning, almost pejorative, comments about how inept BHO is or how "clueless" the SMDC has become, and deal with the facts.

 

BHO's White House continues on an almost daily basis to swear they don't want to run businesses, but everyday brings more and more government involvement in banks, student loans, insurance, and now the auto business. For a group of people that don't want to run anything, they sure are acting like they all want to be CEOs!

 

Judge Sonia Sotomayor comments about Latinas being more capable than white male judges, and how judges should be making policy only illustrate that BHO's campaign rhetoric about not wanting to name "activist" judges was just that: campaign gibberish.

 

Finally, in another "hurry up and screw up" demand by the White House, the US Congress is preparing to pass the largest energy tax and spend bill in the country's history without being able to read or understand its implications. The over 940 pages of legal-speak will place taxes on almost every aspect of the use of energy in our country; the rise in utility prices are going to hit everyone from the poorest to the richest; from the worker to the employer.

 

This far left ideology of the BHO/SMDC is being fast-tracked since they know that by the time the new legislation hits and shows its real stripes, the 2010 election may change the power the of the SMDC just like the country did to Clinton in 1994. The issue of nationalized health care is next on their agenda after destroying manufacturing, legal, and energy aspects of our economy.

Pace of social reform increases

The slide towards fascistic government/business control continues with the BHO/SMDC's offering and likely passage of the global warming now called climate change legislation. With the Congress now firmly in the hands of a single party run by raging liberals, the legislation will reach far and wide. Increases in utility bills, higher gas prices, rising job losses, and further wealth distribution will plague the country.

 

BHO's 2010 budget contains hundreds of billions for social engineering such a nationalized health care, climate change legislation, liberal organization advancement, single source educational funding by the federal government, and behind the scenes forcing of private company to accept governmental edicts. The pace of change is truly mind-blogging as BHO realizes that it may to an abrupt end in Nov 2010.

 

These changes in the structure of the US infrastructure is very similar to what happened in Italy during the 1930's as Mussolini came to power initially with the aid of private business, and later over the bodies of these supporters. Italy moved from democracy to fascism in a little over 5 years using one crisis after another to facilitate the slide.

 

Is America on the same path? Is America going blindly into such a political quagmire? Is America doomed as single-party rule enacts changes without checks-and-balances? Don't go to sleep, the future is unfolding with lightening speed.

 

More movement towards the USSA

All that was predicted is now coming to pass as the BHO and SMDC (super-majority democratic congress) begin to pick up steam. Today they forced Chrysler into bankruptcy and predicted a quick exit. They now run the US Bankruptcy Courts? The US Senate passed the 2010 BHO budget including the first step towards nationalized health care. The US Supreme Court's first of several open vacancies appeared setting off a firestorm of media legal frenzy.

 

BHO's White House has completely decimated the morale of the US intelligence community by outing several CIA-military operatives. Where are the liberal rants about the outing of CIA operatives like the Valarie Plane situation? Oh yes, this is the God-Emperor Obama doing this; we must believe and accept his judgment. ;-)

 

This country got what it voted for, and when, not if, this country gets attacked again during BHO's tenure, the lives of innocent Americans will scream for justice denied. It's coming, its only a matter of time. I am so glad I don't live in a big US target (read that big US city).

 

Life is going to change in the US big time over the next 18 months. Glad I can live beyond the USA boundaries when I need to do so.
