2nd major freedom limiting enactment of BHO/SMDC

The next major enactment that will come as payment for the support of unions for the BHO/SMDC will be the passage in the Senate of something, again wrongly labeled, as the

EMPLOYEE FREE CHOICE ACT

It is anything but free choice since it forces employees to vote in public is they want to be represented by a union. If this is not socialistic, I don't know what a private ballot is all about anymore.

What this nasty piece of legislation will do is make it possible for unions and other union-sympathizing employees to know who did and did not vote for union organization. Can you imagine the pressure that will then be brought to bear on the employees exercising their right to vote on these issues privately?

Why not make all elections in the US public like they in socialistic and totalitarian regimes?

Do you see the slippery slope that the election of the BHO/SMDC is accomplishing to metamorph the USA into becoming the USSA (United Socialist States of America)?

First the most sacred American right to free speech in the form of the Fairness Doctrine is severely limitation and then eliminated, followed by the right to a secret ballot is challenged and then changed. These changes will occur under the apathy of the American public towards the growing power of its government under this new very liberal and socialistic administration and Congress.

I can not wait for the LOUC on this one to rear up and bite the liberals, but it will.
