Russia is already trying to test BHO, but this smacks of collusion since it is so neat and tidy. I suggest that maybe Joe Biden worked out this little test to show people that BHO can handle international crises to bolster his face in the world's eye.
I know that sounds conspiratorial, but it just is too pat to be the truth. Maybe it is truly the Russians trying to take the temperature of BHO, but it would seem to me that to get on his good side would be more Russian-friendly strategy, so its just something to think about today.
